These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of oceanvibecruise.com, including cruise bookings and purchases made through our Marine Marketplace, which offers Outboard Boat Engines, High-Performance Watercraft, Port Mobility & Electric Rides, and Luxury Coastal & Waterfront Living products. By accessing our website, booking a cruise, or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Who We Are

Ocean Vibes Cruise Line is a Miami-based travel and marine lifestyle company offering curated cruise experiences in partnership with major cruise lines, alongside a marketplace of high-ticket marine and coastal living products. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Ocean Vibes Cruise Line.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking or purchase on our website. By using our services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Cruise Bookings

Cruise bookings made through Ocean Vibes Cruise Line are subject to the terms, cancellation policies, and travel requirements of our partner cruise lines, in addition to these Terms. Pricing, availability, and itineraries are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed and paid in full. Guests are responsible for ensuring they hold valid travel documents, including passports and any required visas, and for meeting the health and safety requirements of the cruise line and destination ports.

Marketplace Purchases

When you purchase a product from our Marine Marketplace, you enter into a sales agreement with Ocean Vibes Cruise Line for that item. All product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided to the best of our ability to accurately represent each item; however, minor variations in color, finish, or packaging may occur. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel purchases in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability, in which case you will be notified and fully refunded.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking or purchase using an approved payment method. We use secure, encrypted payment processing and do not store full payment card details on our servers.

Shipping

Marketplace orders are fulfilled through our network of regional warehouses, which allows us to offer free shipping on eligible products. Estimated delivery times, shipping methods, and related details are outlined in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Returns and Cancellations

Returns, exchanges, and refunds for marketplace products are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Cruise booking cancellations are subject to the cancellation terms of the applicable cruise line partner, which will be disclosed at the time of booking.
